We offer a range of event essentials, including wine barrels, tables, stools, chairs, bars, decor, umbrellas, and our signature Bridle & Barrel float bar.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons like weddings and holidays.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before pickup/delivery.

Cancellations made 10 days before the event may receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

Refunds depend on the notice period. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event is cancelled.

Do you offer delivery?

Our items are available for pickup unless otherwise arranged. If you need delivery, let us know, and we can discuss options.

Where do I pick up my items?

Pickup is available at our designated location. We will arrange collection from 12 Henderson Road Goondiwindi Qld 4390. Once the booking is confirmed

Do I return the items the next day?

Our standard rate covers a hire period of 4 days, additional days can and prior agreement.

What happens if an item gets damaged?

Any damages must be reported immediately. Losses and breakages will be charged per item. Crockery and glassware returned chipped will be charged as broken. A damage fee may apply depending on the extent of the issue.

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?

Yes, we ask that all items be returned in the same condition they were hired. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt or spills.

Will I need a trailer to collect?

It depends on what equipment you need. We will discuss your options when booking.
